Pengaruh Gaya Kepimimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Karyawan Generasi Z

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Generasi Z dengan hipotesis terdapat perngaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap turnover intention dengan asumsi semakin baik kepemimpinan transformasional semakin rendah turnover intention pada karyawan Generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah anggota populasi sebanyak 410 alumni, dengan sampel sebanyak 280. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi sederhana didapatkan hasil t hitung (7.411) dan t tabel (1.650), yang artinya t tabel > t hitung yaitu 7.411 > 1.650 sehingga didapatkan hasil terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap turnover intention. Selanjutnya hasil perhitungan koefisien determnisasi terlihat bahwasanya ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap turnover intention yang mana nilai koefisien determinasi (r2) ialah r2= 0,390.
