Analisis Korelasional AI Anxiety dan Keyakinan Pengambilan Keputusan Karier di Kalangan Mahasiswa Jakarta

Abstract


Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan (AI) yang semakin pesat menimbulkan tantangan baru bagi mahasiswa sebagai calon tenaga kerja, khususnya terkait persepsi kecemasan terhadap AI dan keyakinan dalam pengambilan keputusan karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara Artificial Intelligence Anxiety (AI Anxiety) dan Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy (CDMSE) pada mahasiswa S1 di Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 387 partisipan yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling menggunakan instrumen Artificial Intelligence Anxiety Scale (Wang & Wang, 2019; Ramadini & Pratiwi, 2025) serta Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale (Taylor & Betz, 1983; Arlinkasari et al., 2016). Hasil analisis korelasi Spearman menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara AI Anxiety dan CDMSE (rₛ = 0.418, p < 0.05). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kecemasan terhadap perkembangan teknologi tidak selalu berfungsi sebagai hambatan, melainkan dapat menjadi pemicu adaptif yang mendorong peningkatan kesiapan karier mahasiswa. Selain itu, dua dimensi CDMSE, yaitu Self-Appraisal (rₛ = 0.354) dan Occupational Information (rₛ = 0.331), menunjukkan korelasi tertinggi dengan AI Anxiety, sehingga mahasiswa di Jakarta melakukan evaluasi diri dan pencarian informasi karier secara lebih dalam ketika menghadapi perkembangan teknologi khususnya AI.
