Efikasi Diri dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Karir, Tren, dan Penelitian Masa Depan: Sebuah Analisis Bibliometrik
Abstract
Pemilihan jalur karir merupakan serangkaian proses dinamis yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti efikasi diri. Career decision – making self – efficacy (CDMSE) merupakan sejauh mana seseorang yakin dengan kemampuannya untuk melakukan tugas – tugas yang diperlukan untuk mengambil keputusan – keputusan terkait dengan karir. Memahami CDMSE menjadi penting dalam usaha pengembangan identitas vokasional khususnya pada siswa untuk membantu pihak – pihak terkait menetapkan rencana – rencana yang dibutuhkan guna tercapainya efektivitas dalam pengembangan vokasional siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan penelitian terkait CDMSE pada siswa, mengetahui tren penelitian terkait CDMSE pada siswa, dan memberikan pemahaman terkait isu – isu penelitian yang telah muncul dan potensi untuk penelitian di masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode visualisasi bibliometrik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kata “Human” merupakan kata kunci yang paling banyak digunakan dan berkaitan dengan efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir, faktor demografis, dan metode penelitian. Terdapat tiga klaster pada pemetaan meliputi variabel terkait perkembangan karir siswa, variabel terkait pemilihan karir dewasa muda, dan metode penelitian yang kemudian disajikan kajian mendalam terkaitnya. Terjadi penaikan dan penurunan pada produktivitas karya ilmiah yang dihasilkan serta penelitian masih didominasi oleh negara barat. Dibutuhkan pengembangan lanjutan terkait metode yang digunakan serta perluasan setting penelitian untuk mengisi kesenjangan yang ada.
